MUAY THAI TIMETABLE

Portsmouth Muay Thai classes are held at Basecamp in Hilsea and can be booked through the Gym Buddy App.  If you are coming for a free trial class please email train@portsmouthmuaythai.com so we can provide you with your trial pass.

**Please note - if classes are included in your gym membership package you will still need to book on the class and sign in at the gym through the app**
