Ross has over 15 years of experience in Thai Boxing. He has fought for national championships and has a wealth of knowledge. If you are involved in Muay Thai around the Portsmouth area you will know Ross in some capacity. He is enthusiastic about teaching and passing on his knowledge .

Nigel Cosgrave

Thai Boxing Coach

Nigel is a Muay Thai instructor with over 10 years of experience in the sport. He has trained and competed all over Thailand and is passionate in helping students improve their skills and achieve their fitness goals.
